Our online timesheet system allows contractors & clients to electronically send worked hours to process timesheets electronically.

Our paperless system will help you save time, is transmitted directly to our payroll, reduces errors and gives the client full control of the payroll process. Pay slips attached to hours are electronically sent to all candidates & contractors.

How it works?

  • Each Contractor & Client is given a unique ID and login
  • The Contractor completes and submits the timesheet online. At this point an automated email is instantly sent to the approver for sign off
  • The approver signs off. At this point the approved timesheet is transferred to the payroll system
  • For the direct Client, they simply authorise the hours submit the time sheet online through their online portal
  • The payment is made to the contractor when payroll is processed
  • The Clients receive confirmation of timesheets received & invoices sent direct
